When I'm ISK farming I usually run solo, use uplinks and avoid engagements I am not confident I will win, hack a lot. All your trying to do is clime the leaderboard to get more ISK. You can do this in std gear. You don't need to run starter fits for this. Also, why don't you have any std BPOs? You a noob or somethin'? Bull**, one game in starter fits will get you 10 std suits with all complex mods on them. After that there would be no problem keeping yourself stocked. You should be making 150k + a game after that. As for the negative currency its a rather common occurrence in eve for those mostly breaking rules like buying from RMT, IRL item Scamming and many more of the horrible like. You can go on a begathon or work really hard to undo the screw over. The game is not impossible to play on nothing. Now if you truly believe your scenario is a mistake made on part of CCPs end ( and not of your fault as the CCP GMs have a particular flavor of revenge that generally makes the entire community go 'ohhh burned' ) Please continue to keep contacting the support department and work with them on getting it resolved.
